The process, step by step

  1. Booking. After an arrest the person is fingerprinted, photographed and held until a magistrate sets a bond amount and conditions.
  2. You call us. Give us the person's name, date of birth and which jail they're in.
  3. We review the bond. We tell you the fee and what the agreement requires before anything is signed.
  4. Paperwork. A co-signer (indemnitor) signs and pays the fee. Collateral may be needed on some bonds.
  5. Posting and release. We post the bond and the jail completes release.
  6. Court. The defendant must attend every court date until the case is resolved.
